DATA Targeted email lists

Buy a targeted email list from the people who can actually send it.

Business, consumer and political lists, verified before they reach you, priced on volume and how specific the targeting gets. Every other broker hands you a file and wishes you luck with your email platform. We are the email platform.

Lists we build
  • Business (B2B)
  • Consumer
  • Political & advocacy
  • Verified before delivery
The Lead Finder search tool: job level, industry and location filters on the left, live match count and verified prospect records on the right
How it works

Run your own counts, or hand us the spec.

Both roads end the same way: verified records, a firm quote, and a file that's yours.

Search the data yourself

Business and political records, live counts
Filter 300M+ verified business profiles by industry, job title, seniority, company size, revenue, technology and location, and watch the count change as you narrow. Political and advocacy files sit in the same tool. When the count looks right, we price it.

We run the counts for you

Anything the tool doesn't cover - especially consumer
Tell us who you're after: Medicare-eligible homeowners in three states, plant managers at mid-size manufacturers, donors in a specific district. We source across our data partners, including consumer files, and come back with counts and a quote - usually within a business day.
The process

How to buy an email list here.

Four steps, and the slow one is us being careful with your money.

01

Describe the list

Run your own search on business or political data, or send us the spec in plain words. "Plant managers in Texas at 51–5,000 employees" is a complete spec.

02

Counts come back free

You see exactly how many records match before any money moves — from the tool instantly, or from us on partner-sourced and consumer files.

03

Quote on the exact spec

Priced on quantity and how hard the targeting is to assemble. If a broader cut would serve you better for less, we say so here.

04

Verified file, delivered

Every record passes verification before it reaches you — as a CSV that's yours, or loaded straight into sending infrastructure built for it.

The specs we count most weeks: plant managers at mid-size manufacturers, Medicare-eligible consumers by state, donors and voters by district, homeowner files inside a 25-mile zip radius, real estate agents by metro, and agency decision-makers by vertical.

Targeting

Narrow enough to be worth sending to.

A smaller, sharper list beats a bigger one every time we've measured it. These are the selects that do the sharpening.

Business (B2B)

Industry, job title and seniority, company size and revenue, technology in use, hiring and funding signals, geography down to zip. Work emails carry a verification status on every record.

Consumer

Age and income bands, homeowner status, interests and purchase categories, geography to state, city, zip or zip radius. Sourced through established data partners and verified before delivery.

Political & advocacy

Registration, district and engagement selects, through the same division that runs political email programs. If you already hold voter data, we send to that too.

Job selects

Who the record is
Job title with type-ahead suggestions, job level from owner/founder down to manager (with an owner/CEO-only grouping), industry, and company year founded.

Company selects

Where they work
Company name, employee-size and revenue ranges, and SIC or NAICS codes when your targeting already lives in a classification system.

Location selects

Where they are
Country, state, city, zip codes, or a mile radius around a zip — the select behind every "within 25 miles of the shop" list.

Data-quality selects

What you'd rather skip
Exclude free-mail addresses (gmail, yahoo), exclude role accounts (sales@, info@), or keep only records with a phone number on file.
Data quality

Verified before you buy it. Verified again before it sends.

Our business data starts as 800M+ collected records; only the 300M+ that survive a five-step verification ever show up in a search. Then every list you buy passes through the same verification engine that's cleaned over a billion contacts for our sending customers.

Pricing

Priced on volume and specificity.

Two things move the price of a list: how many records you're buying and how hard the targeting is to assemble. A large, straightforward selection costs the least per record. A narrow spec that has to be matched across several sources costs more, because it's worth more - you're paying for the records you won't waste money sending to.

We don't publish a rate card, because pretending one number covers both of those cases wouldn't be honest. What we'll do instead: run your counts free, quote the exact spec against your counts, and tell you plainly when a cheaper, broader cut is the better buy.

The one thing we won't sell

Data we can't trace. Every record we sell has a known source, the same standard we hold for sending. If you've already bought a list somewhere else, send us 10,000 records and we'll verify them free - you'll know what you actually bought before you spend anything sending to it.

Why here

A list is half a product. The other half is sending it.

Here's the part of this industry nobody puts on their homepage: the hard part isn't buying the list. It's finding infrastructure that will let you send to it.

Buy it from a broker

You get a file. Upload it to Mailchimp or Klaviyo and the account review starts; the broker's job ended at the invoice either way.

Buy it here

The same purchase comes with the option of dedicated IPs, isolated sending domains, warmup and a deliverability team - infrastructure built for exactly this data.

One party accountable

When results dip, the data seller and the sending provider are the same people. Placement testing shows which half is the problem, and we fix that half.

Before you buy

Five things to check before buying an email list — from us or anyone.

Email lists for sale range from carefully verified databases to a spreadsheet someone scraped last spring. The price tag won't tell you which one you're holding. These checks will.

Questions

Buying lists, answered honestly.

Is it legal to buy email lists?
In the United States, yes. CAN-SPAM doesn't require the recipient's permission before you send a commercial email; it requires honest headers, a physical address, and a working unsubscribe you honor promptly. Canada and the EU are stricter, so cross-border sends need a closer look at consent rules. The legal risk most buyers actually hit isn't the purchase - it's uploading the list to a platform whose terms prohibit it.
How much does a targeted email list cost?
It depends on two things: how many records you're buying and how specific the targeting is. Large, straightforward selections cost the least per record; narrow specs that have to be assembled from several sources cost more. We don't publish a rate card because the honest answer varies that much - tell us the spec and the quantity and you'll have counts and an exact price, usually within a business day. Counts are free.
Where do the lists come from, and are they verified?
Multiple sources, all of them traceable. Business records come from a dataset of 300M+ profiles that survive a five-step verification before they're searchable at all; consumer files are sourced through established data partners; political files come through our political division. Every list is verified again before it reaches you - and we won't sell data we can't tell you the source of, the same rule we apply to sending.
Can I get a consumer email list by zip code?
Yes. Consumer files select down to state, city, zip and zip radius, and combine geography with age bands, income, homeowner status and interest categories. Consumer sourcing runs through our data partners rather than the self-serve tool, so tell us the geography and the profile and we'll come back with counts.
Do I have to send the list through you?
No - the list is yours, delivered as a file if that's all you want. Most buyers do send with us for a practical reason: mainstream platforms suspend accounts for uploading purchased data, so a list usually needs infrastructure that accepts it. If you're sending elsewhere, we'll still verify the file before delivery so you're not paying to bounce.
What happens if the list underperforms?
You talk to the people who sold it to you - and unlike a broker, we're also the people running your sending, so nobody can blame the other vendor. Placement testing shows whether the problem is the data, the infrastructure or the message, and we fix the one it actually is. That accountability is most of the reason to buy the list and the sending from the same roof.
Should I rent an email list or buy one?
Buy, in almost every case we see. A rented list never touches your hands - a broker sends your message for you, once, and keeps the data - so you can't verify it, test placement on it, or follow up on it. A purchased list is yours: verify it, segment it, send to it again. Renting only makes sense when a one-shot send to someone else's audience is exactly what you want.
How fresh are the records?
Business data refreshes on a rolling cycle - active records weekly, the broader database roughly every 30 days - and every work email carries a verification status from a five-step check. Consumer files are pulled from partner sources at order time rather than sitting in a warehouse. Then whatever you buy passes verification once more at delivery, so the age that matters is days, not the years-old file the phrase “bought list” usually brings to mind.

Tell us who you're after.
