FREE Free 30-minute diagnosis

A free 30-minute diagnosis, on whatever you are already using.

Someone who does this for a living looks at your authentication, your placement, your infrastructure and your data, then tells you what is wrong. No demo, no forms and no sequence afterwards. Most of the setups we look at are running somewhere else entirely.

What it covers
  • Any platform
  • No demo
  • No follow-up sequence
  • Genuinely free
What it is

Thirty minutes, any platform, no pitch.

The short answer

A call where someone who does this for a living looks at your setup and tells you what is wrong with it. It is genuinely free, it is not a demo, and most of the setups we look at are running somewhere else entirely. If the answer is that you should fix things where you are, that is a normal outcome and you will hear it.

On the call

What we actually look at.

Bring whatever you have. Access helps but is not required, and we can get a long way from your domain, your sending volume and a description of what is going wrong.

1

Your authentication

SPF, DKIM and DMARC read from the outside. A surprising share of stalled programs are a misconfigured record rather than anything to do with content or lists.

2

Where your mail is landing

Delivery rate is not placement. If we can test, we test. If not, we tell you what the numbers you already have do and do not prove.

3

Your infrastructure and ramp

Domain age, IP setup, how fast volume climbed. Most damage traces back to a launch that moved faster than the receiving domains would allow.

4

Your list and its origin

Where the data came from and whether it has been verified. Cold data is not the problem. Cold data sent as though it were opted-in is.

What it is not

Three things this call will not be.

Not a demo

Nobody shares a screen at you

If you want to see the platform we will happily show you, but that is a different call. This one is about your setup, wherever it is running.

Not a funnel

No sequence afterwards

You get the findings and then you get left alone. We are a deliverability company. Putting you into a drip campaign would be a poor advertisement for the service.

Not conditional

Free whether or not you move

Plenty of these end with a client fixing a record on their existing stack and never becoming a customer. That is a fine outcome and it is why the call exists.

After the call

Where it goes from there, if anywhere.

Most calls end with a short list of things to change. When they do not, these are the usual next steps, and each is a separate decision rather than an assumed one.

1

A written audit

If the problem needs measuring rather than describing, the deliverability audit produces written findings and placement testing. Quoted on scope, and credited back if you go on to a build or managed program within 60 days.

2

A repair

If a domain or IP is already damaged, reputation repair is its own project with its own sequence, and rushing it is how people make it worse.

3

A build

If the foundation is the problem, the sending foundation build puts domains, IPs and warmup in place properly. That takes four to six weeks and we will not pretend otherwise.

Questions

Free 30-minute diagnosis, answered.

Is the 30-minute diagnosis really free?
Yes, with no conditions attached. It is not a trial, it does not require a card, and it does not turn into an invoice. Plenty of these calls end with a client fixing something on their existing platform and never becoming a customer, which is an outcome we are happy with because it is how the service gets recommended.
Do I have to be on MailClickConvert?
No, and most people on these calls are not. We regularly diagnose setups on Instantly, Smartlead, Klaviyo, Google Workspace, HubSpot and homegrown stacks. The call is platform-agnostic and we will tell you how to fix it where you are.
What do I need to bring?
Your sending domain, roughly what volume you send, and a description of what is going wrong. Access to your platform helps but is not required. We can read authentication and a good deal of reputation data from the outside.
Will you just tell me to switch?
Only if that is genuinely the answer, which it often is not. A misconfigured DMARC record or a ramp that moved too fast does not get better by changing platform, and telling you it does would be a short-lived business model.
What happens after the call?
You get the findings. If there is follow-on work worth doing we will say what it is and what it costs, and then leave it with you. There is no sequence, no drip and no follow-up cadence.
How quickly can we do it?
Usually within a few working days. If you are actively suspended or throttled right now, say so when you book, because that is emergency rescue and it moves faster than a standard diagnosis.

We reply within one business day. No sequence, no drip.
