Past a million a month the plan stops being a line on a pricing table. Volume that size is a dedicated server, an IP pool sized to your ramp, and someone whose job is your account. Verification credits scale at the same 25%, which is up to 50 million a month.
Overage is $50 per additional 20,000 emails. Going over costs money but never stops a campaign mid-send. If you are consistently over, moving up a plan is cheaper than paying overage and we will say so rather than letting it run. Setup fees are one-off and cover IP allocation, domain configuration and the initial warmup schedule.
Every platform plan includes verification credits worth 25% of its send volume. These packs are for the rest: a one-off file that is bigger than your monthly allowance, or verification without a sending plan at all. No monthly commitment, and credits never expire.
Why verification is bundled rather than sold separately. An unverified list is the single most common reason a high-volume program fails in its first month. Hard bounces on a fresh IP tell the receiving domain that you do not know who you are emailing, and the reputation damage takes far longer to repair than the verification would have taken to run. Credits at 25% of send volume mean the cleaning happens by default instead of being the line item someone skips.
