What kinds of political campaigns can you send?
Voter contact and persuasion, get out the vote, fundraising and deadline pushes, volunteer and canvasser recruitment, petitions and advocacy actions, and event turnout. They mostly run from the same infrastructure in the same weeks, which is why capacity planning matters more here than message strategy.
Can you provide voter data, or do we bring our own?
Either. We can source targeted voter data inside the same account you send from, cut by state, county, district, precinct, party affiliation, turnout history, primary versus general participation, age and household. If you already hold a file from a state, a vendor or a coalition partner, bring it. Either way it runs through verification before a first send.
Why do mainstream platforms drop political senders?
Usually a category restriction in the acceptable use policy rather than anything you did, so careful sending does not exempt you and there is no appeal. Underneath it are complaint rates higher than commercial marketing produces, and sudden volume spikes that automated abuse systems read as a compromised account.
When should we build for a cycle?
Months ahead, which in practice means the year before. A foundation build plus warmup takes four to six weeks, and beyond that the domain needs continuous sending history so it is not silent for eighteen months before the peak. Volunteer recruitment and advocacy traffic are ideal for keeping it warm in between.
Can you handle GOTV volume in the final 72 hours?
That is what the platform is built for, up to around 200 million a month. The constraint is never our capacity, it is your ramp. An IP pool sized for the peak and warmed in advance carries it; one stood up in October does not, and a GOTV send that arrives on Wednesday is worthless.
Does CAN-SPAM apply to political email?
CAN-SPAM's commercial provisions are aimed at commercial electronic mail, and political and advocacy messages often fall outside that definition. We are not your lawyers and you should take advice on your own messages. Regardless of status we apply unsubscribe links, list-unsubscribe headers and suppression handling as a matter of course, because ignoring opt-outs damages deliverability whether or not it is required.
Can we run several races or committees from one account?
Yes, and they should be isolated rather than merged. Each committee gets its own sending profile so a complaint spike on one race cannot move placement on another. Consultancies running multiple clients get the same isolation, plus whitelabel.
